Yes, we do customize items. You can send us your designs and we will be the one to produce it for you. But minimum order quantity will be applied.
What is your minimum order qty?
For promotional items, minimum order qty of 1000 pcs. is applied.
For apparels, minimum order qty for Roundneck shirt and Poloshirt 400pcs/color. For jackets and pants 300pcs/color.
What if your order is below minimum order qty?
If your order is below minimum, you may still contact us and we will check for the availability of materials or items.
How do I place my orders?

How about the sizes of the shirts?
You may email us your designs, then we will evaluate your designs and give you the size measurement of each size. We usually use size S, M, L and XL in each style.
How long does the production of my order take?
For promotional items, please give us 30-45 days lead time.
For apparels, usually our production took 6 weeks for local fabric and 10 weeks for imported fabric.

Shipping is done via standard way of delivery.

For first time local clients, 50% downpayment must be made before production starts. Balance of 50% may be settled upon delivery of the items.
For first time international clients, 50% downpayment must be done before production starts. Balance of 50% may be settle before we shipped out the items (shipping cost will be shouldered by the clients).

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. Email [email protected] to give us notification for your return. Stock must be unused. We reserve the right to examine merchandise to determine the cause of a defective garment. We will repair whenever possible or replace at our option any Beautop's product found out to be defective due to our own doing.
